Your agreement with Tiko

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Tiko Alarm (“Tiko,” “the app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Tiko for a child or another person, you are responsible for that use and for obtaining any required consent.

What Tiko provides

Tiko provides alarm scheduling, wake-up missions, sounds, vibration, visual alarm scenes, reminders, and optional features such as Snooze Penalty. Features may vary by device, operating system, region, permissions, and plan.

Use Tiko responsibly

You agree to:

  Confirm alarm times, volume, device power, notification settings, and permissions before relying on an alarm.

  Keep a backup when needed

  Use another alarm or safety measure for travel, medication, emergencies, critical appointments, or other high-consequence situations.

  Follow the law

  Do not misuse Tiko, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

  Protect your device

  You are responsible for activity performed through your device and store account.

Tiko Alarm Pro

Premium features may be offered through monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchases. Prices, trial availability, included features, and billing periods are shown before purchase.

Device access is your choice

Some features require notifications, alarms, camera, photos, motion, Screen Time, Accessibility, or other system access. You may decline optional permissions, but related features may not function. You can review permissions in device settings.

Tiko content and licenses

Tiko, its software, branding, mascot, artwork, interface, sounds, and included content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or commercially exploit the app or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Alarm reliability

Tiko is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that an alarm will always sound or that the app will always be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.

Alarm behavior can be affected by device power, silent or focus modes, volume, operating-system restrictions, permissions, updates, connectivity, hardware, or user settings. Tiko is not an emergency, medical, safety, or life-critical service.

Reasonable limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, sleep, appointments, or other losses resulting from use of or inability to use Tiko.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Consumer-protection rights available in your location continue to apply.

Updates to Tiko or these terms

We may update the app or these terms as features, store rules, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Continuing to use Tiko after updated terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.

You may stop using Tiko at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights, subject to applicable law and store requirements.
